Why Work Here?

You will join a modern, safety-focused organization that invests in clean, well-maintained facilities and structured processes. The company offers strong benefits and emphasizes employee well-being, with temperature-controlled environments and clear operating procedures. You will receive thorough training, opportunities to expand your skills in chemical manufacturing, and the chance to work in facilities that balance organized operations with robust production activity.

Work Environment

The work takes place in temperature-controlled chemical manufacturing facilities that include production floors and warehouse areas. One site features a modern, very clean, and recently remodeled environment with a smaller workforce, highly organized inventory, and fewer lines, kettles, fillers, and blenders. The other site is larger, with more production lines and a higher volume of work, creating a more fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment, but it remains in good condition and is also temperature controlled. Both locations place a strong emphasis on safety, with security checkpoints at the larger facility and multiple break rooms available for employees. Operations at both sites involve manufacturing chemical products, bottling, staging, and shipping, with chemicals that are described as not harmful. You will work on structured shifts, with opportunities on first, second, and third shifts, following a Monday–Friday schedule for first and second shifts and a Sunday–Thursday night schedule for third shift.
