Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years in manufacturing or chemical processing environment preferred.
• Experience following formulas, batch sheets, or detailed work instructions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety/environmental procedures.
• Batching, weighing, measuring, staging, mixing, and transferring materials per batch tickets and work instructions.
• Accurate labeling and documentation practices.
• Communicate production status to the incoming shift to ensure production continuity.
• Alert shift and supervisor to quality or scheduling issues.
• Demonstrate teamwork and proactively assist coworkers.
