Job summary

Beckers Group seeks a Batch Mixer I to accurately fill batches of finished paint and intermediates, following batch tickets and ISO procedures. You will operate pumps, filters, forklifts, pallet jacks, mixers and related equipment in a production setting, ensuring quality and safety are maintained.

The role requires basic math, ability to complete paperwork, and adherence to safety policies. Work hours are on-site with shift flexibility to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to accurately determine weight of batch to be filled.
• DOT and safety training to follow batch mixing procedures and ISO guidelines.
• Ability to be trained and certified on powered equipment needed for job performance.
• Participation in yearly safety training and emergency planning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Fill batches of paint or intermediates per batch ticket instructions.
• Operate equipment including pumps, filters, forklift, pallet jacks, mixers and meters.
• Complete batch tickets and related paperwork accurately.
• Maintain safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials as required.
