Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Batch Deck Operator to batch raw ingredients and ensure food safety, quality, and production standards. This on-site role is at our Rensselaer, IN facility, reporting to the Batch Deck Lead. Starting pay is $23.00/hour with 12-hour shifts in a 1st shift cycle.

Responsibilities include batching to specs, operating deck equipment, and maintaining quality and inventory records. Require HS diploma/GED, 1 year manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and ability to

• Previous batching, bulk receiving, or food manufacturing experience.

Conagra Brands is looking for a Batch Deck Operator to join our growing team! You will batch raw ingredients according to product specifications while maintaining food safety, quality, and production standards. You will work onsite at our facility in Rensselaer, Indiana and report to the Batch Deck Lead. Req-039533 Batch Deck Operator.

Location: Rensselaer, IN
Shift: 1st Shift | 3-2-2 Schedule | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM); rotating every 4 months
Starting Pay: $23.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Batch ingredients according to specifications and production schedules.
• Operate and monitor batch deck equipment and related processing systems.
• Complete quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, sanitation, and product changeovers.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, you may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Work Environment:

This position is located in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Req-039533 Batch Deck Operator
