Berklee College of Music is seeking a Bass Department front desk office assistant. The role involves greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, directing traffic to faculty, and assisting with office tech and social media tasks.
Hours are 8–10 per week, Mon–Fri between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Prior experience with printers and willingness to help faculty are desirable; the position is on-site in Boston.

The Bass department seeks a front desk office assistant bass student employee to perform reception and light administrative duties at the Bass department office in 1140 Boylston Street. This is a front-facing/customer service position that mainly involves helping visitors but will also include assisting faculty/chair/visiting artists with any issues that may arise including office technology (printer/copier, Zoom, Gmail, etc.), and Answering the phone lines. Occasional moving of equipment. Students will be scheduled between 8 and 10 hours a week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM.
