Job summary

The NBA seeks a Director to lead Basketball Affairs and Player Personnel within the NBA G League. You will manage relationships with team front offices and Referee Operations, serve as primary contact for Player Representatives, and oversee player discipline and contract processes.

Applicants should have 5+ years of NBA/NCAA experience at league or team level, a Bachelor’s degree, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 20%. A Juris Doctor is a plus.

• Coordinate PCMS transactions and contract distribution.
• Ensure compliance with roster rules and CBA provisions.
• Travel up to 20% for domestic and international scouting.
