You will oversee game-day activities, assist with setup and breakdown, and ensure athletes, referees, and families have a positive experience while upholding YMCA core values. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and proactive safety reporting to keep environments inclusive and welcoming for all participants during busy game

Supervisor: Manager, Basketball & League Operations & Director of Athletics Operations FLSA Code: Non-Exempt (Seasonal)The Y-Ball Site Coordinator helps ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment for players, coaches, referees, and families. Responsibilities include overseeing gym activities, coordinating game schedules, assisting with on-site needs, and ensuring games run smoothly while promoting good sportsmanship and the YMCA’s core values.General FunctionThe Y-Ball Site Coordinator supports the on-site operations of the Youth Basketball and Men’s League programs. Vision must allow for monitoring active play areas.
