Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Basing & Execution Lead with a TS/SCI clearance to support a Government Office at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia.

The role focuses on prioritizing, tracking, and executing 3400 and 3080 appropriations funding for ACC/A8S requirements and developing Spending Plans for the coming fiscal year. The candidate will manage division execution-year funds, assist in POM/PPBE cycles, and collaborate with AF program managers and industry experts

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of SATAF process experience and understanding of funding mechanisms, basing, and program requirements.
• 4+ years of experience managing execution year funds for government programs, specifically Site Activation.
• Experience with the US government POM process and requirements development.

Mansioni

• Support program management of the Site Activation Task Force (SATAF) process.
• Manage Site Activation funding with ACC FM and MAJCOMs to oversee execution year funds.
• Support development, delivery, and sustainment of aviation capabilities for the USAF, including system basing and bed-down.
• Assist in USAF POM and PPBE processes.
• Provide engineering expertise and program analysis for Site Activation projects.
