MTSI seeks a Basing & Execution Lead with TS/SCI clearance to support a Government Office at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia. The role anchors budget execution for 3400 and 3080 appropriations, develops spending plans, and ensures funding for high-priority projects and new unit standups.

You will collaborate across ACC FM, MAJCOMs, AFLCMC, AFRL, AFCEC, and industry partners to drive POM cycles, PPBE, and site activation efforts, delivering timely, compliant execution and robust program

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of SATAF process experience with funding mechanisms, basing, and program requirements.
• 4+ years of experience managing execution year funds for government programs, specifically Site Activation.
• Experience with the government POM process and requirements development.
• Experience at US military HQ-level organization with DoW facility development phases.
• 4+ years of SAP experience within the last 6 years.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and analytic acumen.

Mansioni

• Support the program management of the Site Activation Task Force (SATAF) process.
• Manage Site Activation funding by partnering with ACC FM and MAJCOMs to oversee execution year funds.
• Support in the development, delivery, and sustainment of aviation capabilities for the USAF, including system basing and bed-down.
• Assist in the USAF POM and PPBE processes.
• Provide technical engineering expertise and program analysis for Site Activation projects by generating trend, compliance, and requirements reports.
• Assist government and industry partners with requirements definition and refinement.
• Regularly interface with AFLCMC, AFRL, AFCEC, AFIMSC, other services, and industry partners.
