The Continuing Education (CE) Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in a variety of subjects, ranging from professional development and technical skills to personal enrichment and hobbies. The instructor will design or select appropriate curriculum content and will implement course materials, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and assess student progress to ensure successful learning outcomes. This is a very part-time, as needed, daytime position. This position offers a flexible schedule based on the needs and demand for BLS training classes. Class schedules may vary but will be daytime hours, depending on enrollment and program requirements. The position may be assigned to various training locations to accommodate scheduled BLS classes and organizational needs. Course planning would be discussed prior to placing an instructor.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
$30 Hourly
