Seeking a dedicated & resident-centric LPN on our Basic Care Unit for a .7 FTE PM position. This position worksa 3-4 8 hour shifts (1:45 -10:15 pm) weekly with every other weekend and holiday.

Provides direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.Acts in a manner that promotes resident centered care.
