Qualifications

• Experience – at least one year coaching assistance at high school or college level, or three years combined coaching and playing.
• Must not be a current undergraduate student at Texas A&M International University.

Responsibilities

• Assists the head coach with administrative responsibilities.
• Analyze and distribute video information.
• Coordinate and schedule practice sessions
• Assist with arrangements for team travel, hotel accommodation and other related needs.
• Updates various student athlete databases.
• Assists in recruiting efforts.
• Organizes on-campus visits by prospective student athletes.
• Provides tours of campus athletic facilities.
• Assists with summer camps.
• Assist the head coach in monitoring the eligibility of student athletes.
• Assist the head coach at practices and related responsibilities as needed.
• Maintains familiarity with NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.
• Establishes and enforces communication of rules concerning student-athletes.
