Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with routine administrative duties and team management.
• Coach and teach the sport's dynamics to athletes to maximize team potential.
• Recruit and scout prospective student-athletes from high school and colleges.
• Ensure NCAA compliance, update rosters and reporting using CAI/ARMS.
• Coordinate team travel, schedules, and recruiting databases.
