Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Iowa Coaching Authorization or Iowa Teaching License with Coaching Endorsement.
• Experience with competition/success at the state level is desired.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with culturally diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach baseball fundamentals and techniques to student-athletes.
• Develop and maintain a strong baseball program and competitive standards.
• Motivate student-athletes to excel on the field and in the classroom.
• Communicate with administration, staff, students, and booster club.
• Provide adequate supervision before, during and after practices/matches.
• Coordinate with the strength and conditioning program to support athlete development.
