Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach baseball fundamentals to students.
• Develop and maintain a strong baseball program.
• Motivate student-athletes on and off the field.
• Communicate with administration, staff, students, and booster club.
• Support the strength and conditioning coordinator for proper training.
• Provide supervision before, during, and after practices/matches.
• Lead by example with high character.
• Promote other programs and participate in booster activities.
• Attend coach's clinic and youth camp annually.
• Assist in booster youth sports camp and concessions.
