Qualifications

• 1+ years in hardware support, IT operations, field service, or sports tech.
• Solid understanding of camera systems, servers, switches, IP addressing, power, and cabling.
• Comfortable in a mix of environments from warehouses to live MLB stadiums.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stadiums to support onsite installations, maintenance, and hardware QA for Hawk‑Eye and KinaTrax baseball systems.
• Perform hardware diagnostics on cameras, servers, networking gear, power, and cabling.
• Act as first line of defense for hardware troubleshooting; swap parts onsite and coordinate RMAs.
