Leader Communications Inc. (LCI) is seeking a Telecommunications Switch Technician to provide operation and maintenance support for the Base Telephone System at Dover AFB, DE. The role includes managing troubleshooting and ensuring maintenance of communication installations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance.
• Experience with secure VoIP and Avaya technologies is required.
• Certificate in Confined Space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operation and maintenance support for the Base Telephone System.
• Manage troubleshooting and resolution of voice/data communications.
• Operate and maintain the Voice Switching System according to OEM procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in troubleshooting techniques

Education

High School diploma or Associate's degree or vocational training

3 years of practical field experience in switch maintenance
