Job summary

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Base Service Manager (ICCB) for the ICC-B facility in Bethesda, Maryland. The role involves overseeing services and projects, coordinating with a diverse team and the Government POC to ensure successful facility operations.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. The salary range is $140,000 to $155,000 per year, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 8+ years of facilities experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope polygraph or equivalent.
• Experience planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling all facilities activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of services and projects at the ICC-B facility in Bethesda, MD.
• Collaborate with building operations staff, property management, and Government POC to meet objectives.
• Plan and manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
