Global Medical Response is seeking a HAA Pilot Supervisor to lead base pilots and oversee safe, efficient air medical transports. The role involves coordinating duty schedules, flight planning, and ensuring compliance with rotorcraft manuals.

The supervisor will manage day-to-day operations at the base and mentor new pilots. The position requires substantial flight time and rotorcraft certifications, with a comprehensive benefits package including a sign-on bonus and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for mission support at the base.
• Conducts orientations for new hire pilots assigned to the base.
• Monitors weather and forecast changes for flights.
• Preflight aircraft and report discrepancies to maintenance.
