Global Medical Response seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead and train base line pilots, coordinate flight planning, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the base. The role reports to the Program Director and collaborates with regional leadership to optimize schedules and resources.

The Base Pilot Supervisor will conduct orientations, monitor weather conditions, oversee payroll submissions, and ensure all flight activities align with the Rotorcraft Flight Manual and regulatory

Qualifications

• Leadership and training responsibilities for Base Line Pilots.
• Experience with flight planning and mission support coordination.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops pilot duty schedules in coordination with Regional Director.
• Oversees flight planning activities and resources for base missions.
• Conducts new-hire pilot orientations at the base.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Monitors weather and forecasts for operational planning.
• Reviews monthly flight/duty logs and payroll inputs.
