- Conduct 1:1 Ask an Expert sessions over Zoom with Enterprise and Premium Enterprise customers
- Innovate and apply knowledge to various use cases to drive business impact using Airtable
- Guide customers on leveraging Airtable effectively through consultative interactions
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to enhance customer support
- Document innovative use cases and proactively gather customer feedback for product improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in Airtable and no-code/low-code practices for designing workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse customers
