Job summary

King and George LLC seeks a BOS Project Manager to oversee all O&M activities at Fort Gordon, ensuring adherence to contract objectives and coordinating skilled trades for maintenance of buildings, utilities, and grounds.

The role supervises Building Engineers at multiple sites, manages resources and budgets, conducts safety trainings, and liaises with HQ on recruitment, discipline, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as program/project manager for a large base operations type program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in management or a related field.
• Familiarity with Army cost and software data programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M management and coordinate actions for the assigned contract(s).
• Monitor plans to meet contractual objectives and support subcontractors, staff, trades, and crafts.
• Schedule and complete work; manage contract resources and budgets.
• Ensure safety of all personnel and compliance with environmental standards and quality of work.
• Train staff and conduct safety meetings and briefings; handle grievances and customer/employee concerns.
