Qualifications

• Minimum five years of BOS or similar government service contract management experience.

• Knowledge of DoD operations, federal regs, and government contracting principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Maximo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave management of the BOS contract and ensure contractual requirements and standards are met.
• Lead contract execution while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and statutes.
• Establish program goals, metrics, and align with customer mission.
• Direct day-to-day contract operations including reviews, engagements, and performance.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and changes.
• Own the contract P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
• Develop program assessment processes to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee financial management to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Partner with union leadership on labor relations and CBAs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to meet customer requirements and plan/execute projects.
• Supervise and mentor management and operational staff.
• Promote safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
