Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of program/project management experience on large base operations programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in facility maintenance, municipal services, and environmental compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with Army cost and software data programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M management for assigned contracts.
• Coordinate with HQ on recruitment, hires, and training.
• Schedule and complete work.
• Manage contract resources and budgets.
• Ensure safety and compliance for all personnel on site.
• Train staff and conduct safety meetings and briefings.
• Maintain relationships with labor unions and address grievances.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
