Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command at Kings Bay, GA seeks a Building Manager for the Unaccompanied Housing program. The role supports residents, oversees furnishings, inspections, and safety, and coordinates with maintenance and security to ensure a high quality living environment for service members.

Primary responsibilities include escorting residents, conducting orientation visits, daily facilities checks, and enforcing housing policies while maintaining privacy and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study.

Responsibilities

• Escort new residents to their unit or room, when possible.
• Conduct a new resident visit to review furnishings and inventory and orient residents to accommodations.
• Perform daily facility assessments of exterior, grounds, and common areas.
• Inspect rooms and verify occupancy readiness and condition of FF&E.
• Report signs of property damage and enforce UH rules and guest policies.
