Job summary

You will supervise staff, enforce service standards, manage inventory and costs, and ensure compliance with health and sanitation requirements, while coordinating with senior leadership on budget and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees day-to-day operations of all food and beverage areas.
• Enforces service, quality, and performance standards during all operating hours.
• Resolves customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manages staff supervision including training, scheduling, and assigning work.
• Handles recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff; conducts performance reviews.
