Qualifications

• Experience supervising and scheduling staff; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-estimation skills.
• Experience planning and promoting events and activities, including vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer daily operation of the activity spaces, including the Cafe; resolve patron concerns.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and base events; draft contracts and cost estimates.
• Prepare quarterly budgets and analyze financial results with supporting data; generate reports.
• Manage inventory, property records, and security of supplies; conduct cash counts and controls.
