Qualifications

• Graduate of two-year technical curriculum preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as mechanical project manager preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in estimating and bid preparation.
• Medium to large project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exercises executive authority over the planning, direction, and control of a designated project.
• Allocates and supervises the utilization of material and personnel resources assigned to the project.
• Reviews plans & specifications for project implementation.
• Applies intensified management techniques to ensure compliance with contract and budget.
• Works with general contractors and end-users to execute projects on time and under budget, with a high level of quality.
• Prepares job estimates, change-orders, and required documentation.
• Reports status of project to company leadership on a recurring basis.
• Maintain safe work environment on all projects.
