BCM Controls Corporation in Woburn, MA is seeking a BAS Project Manager to drive commercial building automation and HVAC controls projects from planning through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and the overall financial performance while coordinating engineering, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, lead project teams to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of project management experience or 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of BAS, BMS, HVAC controls, or related technologies.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Job Type: Full-Time, Base Salary: $110,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Compensation: Auto Allowance and Variable Performance-Based Bonus

What You'll Do

As a BAS Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial building automation and HVAC controls projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance. Coordinate engineering, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project planning, procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning. Manage project change orders, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders. Lead project teams to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of project management experience or 5+ years of relevant commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or related technologies
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
