ColonialWebb is seeking a highly organized Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager to drive successful BAS project delivery from turnover through closeout in Richmond, VA. This in-person role collaborates with Engineering, Installation, Service, and Sales teams to ensure a standout customer experience and on-time milestones.

The ideal candidate has strong project coordination, scheduling, and communication skills, with experience in BAS, HVAC, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple BAS projects from turnover through completion.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customers during project execution.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site access, commissioning, training, and closeout.
• Partner with Engineering, Service, and Installation teams to maintain milestones.
• Track schedules, action items, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor costs, commitments, and risks.
