ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Richmond, VA seeks a highly organized BAS Project Manager to guide projects from turnover through closeout. You will coordinate multiple BAS initiatives, maintain strong customer relationships, and keep projects on track.

This in-person role collaborates with Engineering, Installation, Service, and Sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout turnover, commissioning, training, and handoff.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BAS, controls, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, construction, or related industry projects.
• Understanding of building automation systems or HVAC preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple BAS projects from turnover through completion.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers during project execution.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site access, commissioning, training, and closeout.
• Partner with Engineering, Service, and Installation teams to keep milestones on track.
• Track schedules, action items, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, and potential risks.
• Support turnover, commissioning, owner training, and handoff to service.

ColonialWebb is seeking a highly organized Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager to support the successful delivery of BAS projects from turnover through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, building strong customer relationships, and keeping projects on track.

This role is heavily focused on project coordination, communication, scheduling, and follow-through, working closely with our Engineering, Installation, Service, and Sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This role is an in person position in Richmond, VA!

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate multiple BAS projects from turnover through completion

What We're Looking For:

• Project coordination, project management, or operations experience in BAS, controls, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, construction, or a related industry
• Understanding of building automation systems, controls, or HVAC systems preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Experience coordinating across customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and other project tracking tools
