• Maintain budgets and prepare accurate financial projections.
• Serve as the main communication channel between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Perform regular job site visits to verify progress and resolve field challenges.
• Assist with contract review and ensure deliverables meet project scope and requirements.

• Travel: Local territory with minimal overnight travel

Ideal Candidate:

• Background managing BAS, HVAC controls, or mechanical system projects
• Skilled in financial forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and technical project execution
• Capable of running multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule and within budget
• Experienced in coordinating subcontractors, conducting site visits, and overseeing field teams
• Hands-on experience reviewing scopes, purchase orders, and contract requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to guide labor resources
• Proficient with RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
