Schneider Electric is seeking a BAS Systems - Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. The role involves delivering Building Automation System projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and project profitability.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the industry, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of project management principles. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Primary responsibility is delivering Building Automation System projects.
This position is typically held by an individual that has at least 8+ years of experience. He or she must have related industry knowledge, strong customer service skills, strong understanding of contracting procedures and tactics relative to such areas as project correspondence, documentation, timely notice of claims, subcontract negotiation and subcontract administration.
This individual should have an advanced understanding of HVAC Controls and have the ability to analyze control system drawings and schematics as well as advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards and industry construction knowledge. He or she must exhibit strong leadership skills including team leading and the ability to empower others through delegating responsibility. This position plans, directs and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished on time. This position may also be responsible for directing operations personnel.
The Project Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be an active participant in the development and implementation of Operations Excellence.
