Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a technically minded engineer to support and maintain live BAS integrations between its platform and customer building automation systems. This role focuses on ongoing health, support, and optimization of deployed integrations after launch, while serving as a key technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will come from a Building Automation or Controls background with hands-on experience programming, configuring, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Building Controls.
Experience programming or configuring BAS controllers and logic.
Strong BACnet knowledge (BACnet/IP and/or MS/TP).
Experience with point mapping and device configuration.
Ability to troubleshoot across BAS, integrations, and field devices.

Responsibilities

Support, troubleshoot, and maintain live BAS integrations across customer environments.
Program, configure, and modify BAS controllers and logic for integrations.
Configure BACnet devices and point mappings; troubleshoot integration issues.
Collaborate with customers and BAS vendors to resolve control system problems.
Create technical documentation and support post-deployment activities.
