Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BAS technical training or certification preferred.
• 5+ years of BAS installation/maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance.
• Plan daily tasks; assign duties; ensure on-time completion.
• Train and mentor new team members on installation techniques.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers; ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain records of work, materials, and time spent.
• Communicate progress and address client questions.
• Keep tools and area organized and maintained.
