Qualifications

• Must meet SWECS minimum eligibility requirements for a new hire.
• Maintain a minimum required tool list.
• Able to work in construction environments (indoors/outdoors).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of BAS controls, panels, and devices.
• Help run conduit, pull wire, and organize materials.
• Support lead installers and technicians with daily tasks.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
