CBS, a division of The Donohoe Companies, is seeking a Project Coordinator for BAS/HVAC controls projects. You will support management from award to closeout, assist with planning, scheduling, budgets, and proposal development.

You will review installations for quality and coordinate system designs with project requirements, while communicating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to track milestones and delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EOE/Veterans/Disabled statements included in posting.

Responsabilités

• Support project management and coordination for BAS/HVAC controls projects from award through closeout.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, budgets, resources, and proposal development.
• Review installations, programming, and commissioning for quality and scope conformance.
• Coordinate designs, sequences of operation, and equipment selections with project needs.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors; track milestones and delays.
