Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. in Washington, DC, seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support BAS/HVAC controls projects from award through closeout.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgets, and resource coordination, review installations for QA, and coordinate designs with project requirements while communicating with clients, engineers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with BAS/HVAC controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and coordination from award through closeout.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Review completed controls installations, programming and commissioning for QA and conformance to scope.
• Coordinate system designs, schematics, sequences of operation and equipment selections with project requirements.
• Communicate with clients, engineers and subcontractors; track milestones, potential delays, documentation and project closeout.
