Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in Myrtle Beach, SC, to lead BAS/HVAC projects from conception through completion. You will oversee all phases, coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BAS/HVAC project management and a track record with major BAS platforms. The role offers competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a strong work/life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space.
• 5+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry.
• Experience with one or more of the major BAS platforms (JCI, Siemens, ALC, Schneider Electric, Distech, etc.)
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Honeywell, JCI, Siemens, or Trane.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Tridium Niagara N4.

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space
