Job summary

Jobot seeks a Controls Project Manager in the Miami area to lead building automation projects from design through commissioning. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability for assigned projects.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in building automation/HVAC controls, 5+ years of PM experience, and a BS in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience with Tridium Niagara n4 is a plus.

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space.
• 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry.

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Miami area. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
