Qualifications

• 4+ years producing BAS submittals using any BAS platform.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical documents.
• Strong understanding of unitary, hydronic, and chiller systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce BAS design submittals and engineered documentation.
• Review plans/specs to determine impact on BAS design.
• Identify discrepancies and write RFIs to clarify scope.
