Job summary

CM3 Building Solutions is seeking a BAS, Design & Project Engineer to work in our Building Automation division. This key role involves performing engineering tasks on construction projects, generating ATC submittal packages and ensuring adherence to project specifications. You will also communicate with design teams and assist in selecting control components.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in Building Automation, proficiency in ACAD and Visio, and experience with HVAC controls. This position is primarily office-based with some travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 year experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate ATC submittal packages based on rough designs.
• Select and size control valves and components.
• Communicate with design team to resolve specifications.
