Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a BAS Service Technician in Houston, TX to install, start-up, troubleshoot and service Direct Digital Control building automation systems. The role involves fieldwork on construction sites and in office environments, with strong communication with customers, contractors and team members.

You will work as part of a team, travel as required, maintain service records, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of HVAC service experience or five years servicing electronic/ mechanical systems.
• Experience in a service vehicle and ability to work with a team.
• Must have own tools and reliable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders and plan daily travel
• Establish service by ordering parts and performing installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues on site
• Perform tests and acceptance tests of installed systems
• Maintain records through forms, reports, logs and records
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
• Pursue ongoing training and knowledge updates
• Travel required; 100% fieldwork

Vocational School / Associate degree in HVAC or electronics
