Job summary

Unify Energy Solutions in Houston is seeking a BAS Controls Technician to troubleshoot automation control systems for air distribution, air handlers, valves, and boiler systems. This role supports the design and commissioning of BAS installations in complex facilities.

You will work on projects involving replacement or retrofit of building HVAC systems, and you will maintain strong communication with the PM and team while delivering reliable building automation solutions and excellent customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Technical aptitude and strong communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls concepts and HVAC equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with electrical concepts, controls installation, and networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and troubleshoot automation control systems for air distribution, air handlers, valves, and boiler systems.
• Support replacement, renovation, or retrofit of building HVAC systems.
• Provide innovative, reliable building automation solutions and strong customer service.
• Understand Reliable Product line and installation methods.
• Coordinate with PM and team; maintain clear communications.
• Perform point-to-point checks and basic troubleshooting on terminal units and fan coils.
