Responsibilities

• Monitor BAS, HVAC, environmental monitoring, and critical facility systems.
• Respond to alarms, equipment faults, and abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate maintenance with mechanics, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and software updates for BAS infrastructure.
• Maintain BAS graphics, alarms, schedules, and trend logs.
• Support commissioning, startup, and validation activities for system modifications.
• Generate reports and provide operational analysis to leadership.
