EMCOR Services Automated Controls, a Debra-Kuempel brand, seeks a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Design Engineer to design systems architecture, establish installation plans, and set project pacing. You will design automatic temperature control and energy management systems, producing control schematics, wiring diagrams, sequences of operation, programming, and BOMs per plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
• Extensive combination of technical training and 2+ years of BAS/DDC or PLC experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years' experience designing, programming, or engineering automation/control systems.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, or similar protocols is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office, and BAS networking.

• Design and develop BAS including DDC controls using engineering principles and standards.
• Interpret construction documents to produce control system designs and submittals.
• Develop and program control logic and integrate third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership during commissioning to ensure design intent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design intent and execution.
• Review engineering deliverables for accuracy and quality.
