Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix to lead projects from pre-booking through closeout, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, managing forecasts and billing, controlling change orders, and ensuring quality execution while maintaining strong client relationships and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or related coursework.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, industrial or commercial instrumentation & controls, building systems, or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and database management.
• Experience designing and engineering HVAC control systems and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC/building systems projects from pre-booking to closeout.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to meet scope and budget.
• Forecast labor, manage changes, and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop sequences of operations and equipment selections.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and assist with RFIs.
• Communicate with clients and engineers to ensure quality and delivery.
