Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning, plus providing training and high‑level technical support to HVAC technicians, while ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for foundational training.
• 3+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service to build lasting relationships.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, and modifications as needed.
• Maintain BAS by inspecting trend logs, schedules, and programming.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Create and implement programming and graphics for installations and retrofits.
• Commission controls installations and verify sequences meet specs.
• Provide training and follow-ups for customers and operations staff.
• Complete work orders and review with customers for accuracy.
