Qualifications

• 2+ years in an industry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems.
• Deep understanding of BAS control components, control strategies, and programming.
• Tridium Certification and Distech experience would be a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to EMS/BAS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Support service installations: sensor/relay upgrades, programming tweaks, and controller replacements.
• Conduct proactive preventive maintenance visits to safeguard our systems.
• Partner with the service team to troubleshoot, resolve, and verify service issues for seamless operations.
• Hone programming skills to become a self-sufficient service guru, even when remote support isn't available.
