Job summary

EMCOR Services Automated Controls, a division of DeBra-Kuempel, is seeking a BAS Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning of building automation systems on-site and remotely. You will manage service documentation, contract hours, and customer communications to ensure efficient system performance.

Qualifications

• MET Technical Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years related experience in controls/mechanical industry.
• Knowledge of controls service industry and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled controls preventative maintenance for various building automation systems.
• Perform startup/checkout/commissioning of building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace building automation systems.
• Provide remote support for building automation customers.
• Log maintenance tasks and complete service ticket reports.
• Coordinate with Service Team Lead for proposals or extra work.
• Communicate with customers on tasks and hours spent.
